After the gallbladder position, lie down on the floor and stretch out your arms and legs. Your palms are facing upwards and your legs are relaxed. You continue to expand your breathing. Visualize all parts of your body being reached equally by your breath. I recommend focusing your attention on your legs and feet first, then moving upwards slowly before connecting every part of your body with your breath. I remain in this position for around 15 minutes.
Then slowly come back to this world…to this day and then open your eyes. I hope you had a lot of fun practising the Makko Ho exercises and reached your complete relaxation.
