THE BO & SHIATSU
All Bo Points are on the front of the body, in the chest and abdomen. They are also referred to as alarm points (Mu Xue) or Mu points (Jap .: Bo, Mu means collecting)
Similar to the Yu points (approval points or Shu points) they activate Qi, the energy, and Xue, the blood, of the related organ systems and serve both the diagnosis and the treatment (in the TCM).
May Your Spirits Be High. And Your Energy Flow.
